Could anyone help provide the following details on Minimum Wages in Maharashtra?
1) Our Company is situated/registered in Gondia District, Maharashtra. Am I correct to choose Zone 3 for Gondia under the minimum wages chart?
2) We are the principal employer in Gondia, and our labor contractor's registered office is in Mumbai. Which zone should be considered for payment of minimum wages to the labor contractor's employees - Mumbai = 1 or Gondia = 3?
3) For example, the minimum wage of an unskilled worker is Rs. 160/day (Rs. 4,800/month). What would be his net take-home salary and CTC/month? Can I receive a sample calculation sheet?
4) Our Company is a flying training institute. Under which "schedule of employment" do we fall?
I would be grateful for an urgent response.
