Greetings,

Are you looking forward to designing a policy that can define guidelines for employing talent who may choose to work with their spouse? Or perhaps a policy that can guide what the organization would gift an employee? Ideally, a non-reporting relationship is maintained when a couple works for the same firm.

Please share a little more about what you are looking for.

Well Kanika, there is no specific Marriage policy that you are looking for. And until you share more details what policy you want to create or gifting the employee on their marriage etc, you will not be able to get the right things…

Dear Kanika,

Such policies are aimed at attracting top talent and retaining employees. The more attractive the policies you introduce, the more motivated the employees will be, leading to greater engagement in their work and identification with the organization. This helps foster a healthy working atmosphere and culture.

Don't hesitate to implement such employee-friendly policies.

Best of luck.

As per Marriage Gift Policy of the company, we provide financial assistance by way of Marriage Gift for self- marriage and two children’s marriage to all employees. One month basic salary subject to minimum of Rs.5,100/- and maximum of Rs.51, 000/-.
Extra approval can be taken for an additional gift from Director‘s office should be presented to make their moment memorable:
1. Self : Rs. 11,000/-
2. Daughter’s Marriage : Rs.11,000/-
3. Son’s Marriage : Rs. 5,100/-
This will go a long way in building employer-employee relationship and fostering a new culture of trust and bond with employees.
