1. Previous company verification
2. Designation
3. Fixed and Variable Salary
4. Duration
5. Criminal Record
6. Educational records
7. Address Verification
Usually, a third party carries out these processes and provides feedback in points. They never provide a negative report, but they do point out any discrepancies in your records.
