Hi seniors,
In my organisaton we are planning to degrade one of our employee regarding his salary and observe his performance and then review his salary again, can anyone plz help me in the appropriate letter format,

Dear Loveden,
Drafting skills are necessary for any manager, whether he/she is HR Manager or otherwise. Please prepare the letter and upload it here. Some senior like me will revise it.

Dear Gaytri
Sending draft of degradation letter is secondary issue.you can not decrease someone salar at any cost.
However you can stop increment due to poor performance ,at the same movement legally you can not decrease salary due to poor performance.yo can remove individual due to poor performane after completing formalities but salart can not reduced

Dear Mr Malik JS,
We always have salary structure for the employees. In this structure generally basic salary is 40% to 50% of gross salary. Now suppose we keep the basic same but we reduce the gross salary, is it acceptable? Can you please clarify?
