I have trained all the rest of my colleagues, being senior, My boss leaves me the responsibility when he is away.. but when it comes to paying me.. the question of increasing my salary never comes up, either i ask for it... or they think i am happy with what i have.. so i want to tell them that i expect a raise... please help me
