Since I am a fresher and I am working with a very small startup IT company, I am trying to implement systems for this company. There is a large amount of recruitment that occurs for this company every week. Therefore, I am working on creating an Interview Record sheet that will track the feedback given by the interviewers and maintain a record of the candidate's ratings based on parameters such as IT skills, communication, personality, etc.
Please assist me in this matter as I cannot think beyond this point. It would be greatly appreciated if someone could provide me with the format for the Interview Record sheet. My email is hr_namrata@yahoo.com.
