Dear Manoj
If you have a consultant and if you request the consultant to maintain the PF for your organisation and like you some other organisation is also instruct the consultant to maintain the PF for their organisations, then the consultant can make the PF contribution in single code.
But if you keep your own code separately, then it will be easy for you to deal with employees and PF authorities.

Dear Aman
The PF Inspector can check the records of any contractor who is working in his jurisdiction (geographical region), eventhough the contractor does not hold the PF Registration in his office. You are bound to give all the details as asked by the PF Inspector.
