Basically, you have to work on the number of patients he is attending on a daily basis, retention of patients, and new additions on a monthly basis. This includes monthly business going into that particular doctor's account - consultations, the cost of tests, surgeries, and prescribed medicines (if there is an attached pharmacy). Also, consider the number of awareness sessions organized, the business acquired as a result of these sessions, knowledge sharing among team members, team member retention, and their development.
