We are registered under the AP Shops & Establishment Act, my querry is whether we are liable to pay service compensation under that Act if an employee has put in only one year of service or as per Gratuity Act which stipulates five years of service. Recently in A.P it has become compulsory to take group gratuity insurance unger payment of gratuity act 1972 and we have been issued a notice under that act
