I have joined as an HR Executive in Logistic Company.They have asked me to frame an salary structure of the employees in Excel which should include as:
Basic
HRA
Conveyance,
Total Gross,
OverTime, Total False,
PF-Employer(13.61%) nd Employee share(12%),
ESI-Employer(4.75%) nd Employee share(1.75%),
PT, Bonus, Gratutity and last Net Pay .
Kindly help me out to do this calculations.
