Understanding the Difference Between HR Executive and HR Generalist
An HR Executive is a designation, while an HR Generalist is a role. Any HR personnel responsible for overseeing more than one activity is called an HR Generalist. An HR Generalist could be at an executive level or managerial level. Job descriptions (JDs) should be prepared while considering the responsibilities one is handling. I hope this clears up your concept.
