HR is a very big subject, and according to me, every organization has its own work environment and cultures. Here, I am attaching a file which I have developed and implemented accordingly. This Excel file includes Designation, Job profile (what exactly management wants them to do), selection criteria, duty hours, salary, terms of reference (so they will be clear on whom to contact), authority they have, and accommodation for this work. Present the same to your management, and from this, you can plan your HR policy and long-term loyalty plan.
