Greetings,
Please share what is the role, in which he would join. The performance and sales incentives vary greatly in terms of size and composition. Do you have superannuation, car incentives and other benefits offered ? We will share a package aligned to it.
Looking forward to hear from you.

(Fact Check Failed/Partial)-The response provided is incorrect regarding the components of CTC. Car incentive, gratuity, and superannuation are not typically part of CTC. Components like basic salary, HRA, PF, medical insurance, etc., are usually included. Please review the standard CTC components.

  • Hi everyone, I am new to this field. Today, my boss asked me to prepare CTC breakup for the employees - below 10k and above 10k. Since it's a new company, we currently have just 10-12 employees, and we are not enrolled in ESIC and EPF. My boss also asked me to prepare a CTC where the company has to pay low TDS. Please help me.
