we newly introduce the access card system in my company for maintaining login and log out timings.. but the problem is employees are not using their access cards properly.. i want to frame some strict rules to maintain the better system in my organization...
Please help me to frame the rules for Access card maintenance.

you can make a circular and communicate to all the epmloyees that ''now your attendance will be marked on the basis of punching your cards.If she/he forgets to punch his/her card attendance will be marked ABSENT.so be carefull.your salary will be disbursed on the basis of this''
you can write like this in the first month may be you get some problem to regularise these activities but gradually it will be followed stirctly.

In this process, some times machine do not record the punch, for this you need to prepare a miss punch report and the concerned person get it approved by compitent authority. After geting approval, you make manual punch in attendance process system.
Hope the above process solve yr problem.
