Can anyone share with me the excel sheet to manage the company Business Trips. Being a HR-Officer I supposed to keep the track of all visits of our managers. When they travelled,which country, for how many days,who is the travelling agent. In short all the related information of the business trip of the management.
Can anyone share with me their idea how to keep the track???

Its better that you make a excel sheet on your own,with specifications like
1.NAME OF THE EMPLOYEE
2.FROM AND TO DATE OF TRAVEL
3.REASON FOR TRAVEL
4.LOCATION
5.SANCTIONED BY
6.MODE OF TRAVEL
7.SIGNATURE
