Dear Sheena,

Well and wish u the same. I would like to inform you that once you deducted the welfare fund you can not refund it to the employee. According to the Tamil nadu Labour Welfare fund Act we have to deduct Rs.5 from the employees from those who have worked more than 30 days in a calander year and Rs.10 to be added as employer contribution and the total amount of Rs.15.00 has to be remitted before the end of january every year.

Apart from this contribution we have to remit the unpaid accumulation amount and fine amount which deducted as per discipilinary proceedings to the labour board.

I hereby furnishing the benefits giving by the Tamil nadu labour welfare board in tamil nadu

After examination the first and 2nd rank candidates will be given free tailering machine from the board.
