Hereby, I am attaching the KLWF Form D. It is suitable for both factories and shops and establishments. The last date for LWF payment is 15th Jan 2020. Employee contribution is 20 Rs, and employer contribution is 40 Rs, making a total of 60 Rs for each employee that we have to pay. From the attendance records of December 2019, we need to determine the count of employees.

There is no Minimum Strength. If your coming under Shops and Establishment or Factories act, You must pay the LWF amount. Thant’s Mandatory amount to pay. Regards, Nagarjun R HR Admin
