An Induction training program in HR module has the following objectives
1. To enable the candidates to get an over view of the organization.
2. To create an awareness of the critical functions that will support new joiner in their work-life.
3. To set expectations that role has from new joiners and new joiners have from the Organisation.
Induction training is absolutely vital for new starters. Good induction training ensures new starters are retained, and then settled in quickly and happily to a productive role.
