Refer your appointment conditions. I think no employer will mention the buyout of N.Period of such short period 30 days. Pon

Dear Senior If you could please give me a clarity on the subject "notice period buyout" and how it works? Regards

Buyout is paying money equivalent to the salary of N.Period in stead of serving in N.Period and it is apllicable to bothe employers & employees. Pon

You can definitely do that. Mention in your resignation letter " request you to relieve with close of working hrs of 10/08/2011(date". Let management decide if they want to deduct 15 days salary in lieu of notice period. Remember, they can deduct 15 days basic pay only.
