Hi All,
I have gone through the search for Guest House policy here in this forum. Can anyone help me with the pros & cons of a guest house or do's and don'ts as we need to present it to management before finalizing one?
Thanks & Regards,

Dear Roopa,
Please go through the [link no longer exists - removed] and you can get some idea about framing the policy for your Guest House.
1. Detail a person who can be responsible for the GH.
2. He will maintain the details of occupants of the GH.
3. List out the amenities provided to each occupant and in general to the GH.
4. Make someone responsible for the furniture provided in the GH in general, and the occupants will individually be responsible for the facilities provided by the company. Any damage caused will be deducted from the concerned occupant.
5. Keep a servant who can maintain the GH (cleaning, washing, etc.).
6. Maintain the records for cleaning materials consumption and procure the same as and when required by the GH.
Thank you.
