Hi All,
I'm new in IT Co. and the only HR over here.This is the startup firm. Need help to frame policies for the employees. Also help me the area of my functioning in day-to-day activity. Curently m looking out for documentation of the employees and define the gen. rules. Require assistance for what shall I do further.

I am working with one of Construction Company , which has been started few months ago & i am working there as a "Sr. HR", my director told me that i have to make HR strategy for our company, as we new so i have to start from begining only since how many, which categaory people we have recruit, what licence & other procedure which we have to do , so pls anyone help me to setup my HR department, we are in Construction business so according our business what will be strategy i should to & how? pls give me ur advise............

Dear Harsha, Since it is a construction company lot more changes will not be there. check for the manual which I have posted. may be useful if required change will be done too.
