I can just give you some ideas
-First apppoint a training co-ordinator.
-Make a training calender based on identified training or specific training you want to conduct.
- Identify the exports(Trainers) from different functional areas,
- Make a training module (Training literature for the specific topic) with the help of concern persons specific topic. It may be motivational or related to their specific works area or specific problem observed in production line. If the literature is audio visual with examples it will help in better communication.
- Inform HOD's to nominate their persons for specific training.
- Based on above make a training schedule
- Impart the class room training based on capacity of your training/meeting room.
- Take regular feedbacks from trainees for better improvement.
Do it, you can easily find out what the improvents required in future and implement it accordingly.
