The CTC calculation has to be made keeping in view of the various acts applicable like Income tax, PF, ESI if applicable, Payment of Bonus, etc. Consider Basic salary, D.A., H.R.A., any other allowances like special allowance, conveyance allowance, medical allowance, etc., and bonus to be given. Add all these and deduct the concerned deductions like PF, ESI with employer's contribution, and the final figure arrived at is CTC.
