Hi All,
I'm working for a automobile manufacturing on PMS. We are planning to initiate the monthly performance reviews of our shop floor employees that consists of management staff & on roll operators. The purpose is to be transparent with the appraisees. Also to quickly identify the gaps & provide early relevant feedbacks to the concerned for further improvements. So that the bad performance of few months does not ruin their good performance of rest of the months and must not affect their increment & promotion opportunities.
Anyone having any relevant format or system, Plz do reply...
