Dear all,
Herewith I am attaching Tanker checklist for Main Gate entry. I have prepared for our Chemical company just started production. At the beginning stage, it is very easy to start anything.
But for running business, it will be difficult but possible.
Make changes as per your requirements and give your comments / sugessions to improve much more.

Dear Shailesh
You have made a very lenghty checklist which covers almost everything... What I will suggest if possible includes the following...
As these chemicals coming in big tankers, you can ask the transporter to bring the copy of Test Certificate of these tankers from the third party competant person... But as being a fact in our todays scenario this of no use... It's so easy to get certificate if you gives money... So you can do thickness measurement test at your site itself by using ultrasonic thickness gauge... It is so easy and we are doing it for the bowsers which is coming in our plant...
So two points you can further add upon into the existing checklist if you feel required... However very good efforts by you by starting such checks in the vehicles... As and when time progress surely system will stabilize...

dear all,
thanks for ur comments.
Dipil, you are right.
But as we are starting our new plant, what we have done is :
1. Call the transporters with their facility and give our demands for the same.
2. third party certificate is now easy with money to take. We have asked to do the same with our concerned competent person which is valid. eg. Two transporters are already rejected.
3. If any thing goes wrong, the competent will be asked
I think u understand what i mean to say.
these lengthy checklists are in SAP system which goes electronically to the concerned.
