Hi to all, i am a fresher & recently joined one manufacturing company.And here no any senior available to guide me. This is the first time they want to start HR dept in their company.Facing lots of prob. no one is approachable. How should i go with this? How should i start? Please guide me. my email id

1.company earlier policies if any, the workers work, co. working envt, health safety and much more which will help you to frame the new policies.
2.the no. of employees, management team
3. draft the HRM with the point 2 point in detail.
