Can some one give me an feedback on TECH MAHINDRA as an Employer? and also on their SAP practice.
I am given to understand it is merging with Mahindra Satyam?
I have very mixed reviews?
A very close friend is taking up an offer with them in NOIDA centre.

If you have a Enemy just refer them in Tech Mahindra , your enmity will be solved this is the worse company to work with , No HR policy , no ethics no work culture nothing , every year they say they have hired 10000 People but they never say how many they have fired , this was the worst company in my life i had joined this company for a project (Etisalat ) in mumbai and due to some issue the project got shut down you wont believe they say they are such a big organization but all rubbish they fired around 300 people from the project without giving any notice so think 1000 times before joining such a F.....r company incase you get a call from techm just attend all the interviews take the appointment letter but never join them incase they ask why are u not joining just tell them feedback of your company from the market is not good just tell them CWTP (Company wide tallent pool ) this is a pool where they put a person when they are not in project in other words whom they want to kick

I agree, TechM is the worst company to work at. I have worked there for 3 years and I have faced descrimination on the basis of religion, mental stress and dirty office politics. Managers there are ass holes. even when I had served my notice period and requested them to release me in 40 days instead of 60, they didn't release me. I paid all the amount requested in full as settlement and at the end they gave me only service certificate with written Absconding on it. TECH M IS THE WORST COMPANY to work at.
