Recently I got to know of this gruesome incident at FRONTIER LIFELINE HOSPITAL ,Mogappair. Dr Usha Raghavan, NABH coordinator has been the narrator. She said the Chairman, Dr KM Cherian takes sadistic pleasure inn sending out his employees without any reason. This includes a range of docotors, nurses and other seniors in the organaisation. he treats his employees very badly and is notrious for verbal abuse which lead to senior HR head just quit the org. a senior professional who was with Dr Cherian from the inception of the hospital was sacked for noo reason.
My question in the forum is can this be tolerated? what should these employees do. is there any treatment for such boss???
