Hi Ram,
Even I have a format of the NDA. Hope it will help you out. I compiled this format after making some formal research. I took out the best from the sample NDA's and prepared it according to my requirement. I also tried to keep the NDA shorter, because I personally feel that everyone signing the NDA should read it completely and sign it. People generally tend to avoid reading if it is a longer version. But I tried to be careful when preparing it. My constant effort was not to miss anything.
