while getting d experience letter dint u clearified wid d company that y did they mentioned ABSCONDING... where in proper formalities were done by you....
n dont worry in an absconding case y wud a company provide you wid a experience letter.... u wud b having relieving letter n al rite????
so dont worry go for it.... n ya al d best.... chak de!!!
jst a little query... y did dey dismissed u from d service but?? for joining futher studies???? - if dis cus b answered wud b able to help u out more precisely... or even sum other member cud help u in a better way as well....

They have given the experience letter but there only they have mentioned dismissed, will it be a serious issue in getting a new job. the only problem with me was that when the college where i am doing my mba announced the results they gave a very little gap of 1 week for joining the classes , i gave preference for MBA and was not able to resign in a formal way. After that only they terminated me.

If you speak the truth in your interview, i really do not think that they will have any problem with dismissal from your last organisation.
So there is no need to be worried, just go prepared, have confidence and speak the truth about your termination and the reason thereof, it will go well.

They have refused to give the relieving letter , anyway i am going to talk the truth. I have been selected by an IT company through campus placement as well, hope even they should not have any problem with my dismissal from previous job , the job profile is totally different and till now they have not verified any documents. Hope they don't create a problem at the time of joining .
