I woul like to tell you that I have Vacation details sheet which calculates consumed days and balance as well as number of days since joining plus another information such like department, job title, etc.
the question is how can i linke the master sheet with another sheet that when i insert empolyee No gives me the all information concern particular employee so as to be able to print when requested from employee.

You just check the file which is I already attached.
in that file if you click on Sheet2 option it will go in sheet 2 in same book
also if you click on Sheet3 option it will go in sheet 3 in same book.
First check it if other query ask.........
