This is the communication Gap and ego problem. But don’t worry please find the below details I think this is helpful.


Basic: (Minimum wages & Maximum no Limit)

HRA: Maximum allowed 50% Basic in metro city or 40% Basic Non- Metro city.

T.A : Between office to Resident Max- Rs. 800/- (Income Tax- exempt up to 800 per Month no Proff Required.

Education Allow : 100 per Child subject to max 2 Children. Hence Maximum Rs. 200.00 is exempt.

Medical Reimbursement : Maximum Rs. 1250.00 P.M is Exempt only if Original Bill are Provided.

Food : Non Cash component exempt up to 1000.00.
