I have completed PGDBM in IR/PM as well as PGC in Organisational Behaviour. I have 10 years of experience in HR. I want to pursue an MA in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations through distance learning from Alagappa University, Madras. I am interested in knowing whether this university is recognized and if it is worth doing an MA in Personnel Management from there. The deadline for application is 15th March. Please provide your suggestions. I am eagerly waiting for your replies.
