Can anyone suggest what to do if a company vehicle is involved in an accident? What procedures need to be followed?
Regarding the driver, if the person is in custody, how should we manage their work hours?

My father was coming from the office to home on 20th Dec 2010. Near our home, he met with an accident involving a bus and died on the spot due to a brain hemorrhage. He was riding a motorcycle and was wearing a helmet, yet this tragedy occurred. He was a retired Indian Air Force personnel receiving a pension and also working with a private organization.
Now, please advise me on the steps we should take against the bus owner as this accident happened due to the bus driver's negligence. Kindly assist me, and I will call you after receiving your reply.
