Training Needs Identification,:identify the various training needs of the ORG
Training Needs Analysis:After identifying the needs ,analyze them.find the pros and cons of all the needs.
, Assessment of Training Needs::find out which are all the needs that can be implemented to the ORG and implement one of them
, Training Needs Evaluation: then evaluate the need implemented and get the 360 degrees feedback.If any defect change the need otherwise modify the need .you can also prepare q'
