Dear Members,
I am working as a HR Executive in an IT firm. We have an yearly appraisal for performance, which we conduct in March generally.
But I have some ambiguity that, what if the person has joined in the month of May how shall I handle his appraisal? like shall he has to wait till next years appraisal or shall we have to conduct the appraisal cycle twice in a year.
I am totally confused...need your valuable guidance.

Its all depend on companies policy. One thing which is very sure you have to conduct appraisal once in a year. If there is any incentive type of criteria then there should me marking system qtrly.
