Dear Janya, I hope this will help you to get the formula which you had requested for. Regards, Kripa
I had a quick look at Kirpa’s attachment. The chapter appears to be about calculating aggregate productivity measures for a country, county or state. I think Janya was after a formula for an individual employee.
Productivity per employee = output/time period
So, first identify the main output of the employee to be measured. For an engineer, it may be:
-documents reviewed
-plans designed
-structures inspected
Then count the output over a designated time period, say, for one month. If Engineer A inspects 35 structures during the month, then their productivity for that period is
35 structures per month
I hope this helps.
