1We have got PF code for our H.O. at Delhi . But we are also having our branches all over India, where we deduct PF from our employees wages and deposit PF amount through challans from our HO Delhi. Now some of our branches want to take PF Sub code but management disagree with this. I want to ask that is it mandetory that we should get PF sub-codes for working in other state(Submission of PF Amount).Please advise. If you provide any provission from PF Act that better.
