What is your industry? You can plan accordingly. Normal shifts are as follows: you can rotate them weekly once.

Shift | Timing | 1-7 | 8-14 | 15-21
I | 6:00 TO 14:00 | A | B | C
II | 14:00 TO 22:00 | B | C | A
III | 22:00 TO 06:00 | C | A | B
For strenuous job locations, you can rotate them on a daily basis.
