What is your industry? You can plan accordingly. Normal shifts are as follows: you can rotate them weekly once.
Three watches three shifts
Shift Timing 1-7 8-14 15-21 I 6:00 TO 14:00 A B C II 14:00 TO 22:00 B C A III 22:00 TO 06:00 C A B
For strenuous job locations, you can rotate them on a daily basis.
Four watches three shifts
Shift Timing 1 2 3 4 I 6:00 TO 14:00 A D C B II 14:00 TO 22:00 B A D C III 22:00 TO 06:00 C B A D
For highly strenuous job locations, you can rotate them on a daily basis with one day off.
Four watches four shifts
Shift Timing 1 2 3 4 I 6:00 TO 14:00 A D C B II 14:00 TO 22:00 B A D C III 22:00 TO 06:00 C B A D OFF REST D C B A
