Hello Everybody,

I am getting into a role where I am required to do staffing or scheduling for a process. Can any of you help me with some basics, guidelines, or for the matter, as to how to do it? It would be of great help. I will be handling a group of 30 people who will be working on a shift system.

Regards,
Santo

I recommend you read my article "Seven Best Practices for Employee Scheduling" which I've attached and also appears on this forum. I also recommend you do not do this manually as you can use free software such as DRoster Employee Scheduling Software to help you and save you lots of time and headache!
