Dear HR friend Increment is linked with wages/salary, hence u have to deduct ESI and PF. Any how the CTC will be increased. No other way Regards alphonse

Instead of raising Basic wages, you can provide by means of allowances (any name). You can escape from PF but Not from ESI.

Dear friend,
PF has to be calculated on Basic, D.A. But ESI has to be deducted on gross salary except washing allowance or and travelling expenses actually incurred by the employee or and incentive given by once in a three months.
Dear Kunjal Desai,
u may follow this while offering increments 2 ur employee. Pls note that while offering increments by the way of allowances check that the basic, D.A. of ur employee is more than minimum wages.

Dear Friend,
P.F. & E.S.I. deduction is obligatory on the salary as per the statutory rules prescribed. You can do one thing only that just give voucher payment on monthly basis by naming Mobile Allowance/ Conveyance/ Petrol Allowance/ Subscription etc.
It will aside from obligation and cost to the company.
Thanks with regards,
