I would like to know if there is any book on labour law that can guide us on how to prepare a salary structure for various types of businesses or industries. For example, washing allowance is exempted for ESIC contribution. Therefore, if there is any guidance available, it would be helpful for me to reduce deductions from employees' salaries and increase their take-home pay.
