Most of the companies hardly follow the industrial standards these days as the IT market is very dynamic. However I believe the following info could be helpful to you upto some extend.
2 - 4 Years - 2.5L PA (min) - 4 L PA (max)
4 - 6 Years - 1.25 Lacs per year
6 - 8 Years - 1.50 Lacs per year
8+ Years - 1.75 Lacs per year
There is no any specific salary slab for QAs.... the above band will applies to all the IT prof.
