It's indeed a good presentation. The precision of the presentation is more comfortable and understandable, than going through pages after pages about ' the subject.Training And Trainer '. In fact, the conclusive idea of the presentation is quite striking. And, this about the wrong notion that ' Training ', is expensive and cost-enhancing, when on the other hand, the paradoxical truth asserts that the very ' Work, Assignment And Or role ', becomes more expensive and cost-escalating in the absence of ' training '.
