Dear All,
I just want to know a standard process of bifergation of One's salary.
Like if one's yearly salary is 2,00,000.
What are the bifergations made n on what basis.
that is how much will be HRA,CCA etc and what other factors in which salary is bifergated.
And what they actually mean like what is HRA /
what is CCA etc with details.

From India, Mumbai
Ms. Sonali,
I consider 2,00,000/- p.a. as a gross salary, then the breakup could be as follows:

HRA : 3,333.00 (20% of gross salary) - House Rent Allowance
Conveyance : 1,417.00 (10% of gross salary-250)
Spl allowance : 1,667.00 (10% of gross salary)
Other allowance : 1,666.00 (10% of gross salary)
Education : 250.00 (maximum limit)
Gross salary : 16,667.00
CCA - City Compensatory Allowance.
