If you ask any specific query or doubt on any subject matter, certainly members will give you reply / answer but if you ask entire subject what about, I have a doubt, any body have that much time to reply you.

For Construction Industry First we have to take Licence if the employees More than 20.
Next, Display Abstracts & Notices.
Keep Update Contract Labour Act registers.
Pay Salary for Contract Workers according to Minimum Wages
I Think First you should Do all this things as 1st Step.
There are more Regulations to be Coverd for Construction Industry
