Useful Project done for the year 2011. Congrates..... I want tell one thing in your Project. In ESI, Employee & Employer Contribution i.e, 1.75% & 4.75% in basic respectively. This is your statement. Both contribution in Gross Salary not basic salary. Pls. Update that same.
