I work in a small media company i have a problem regarding Esic. most of employees in our company has medical policy (medicalam) so esic is a loss for them even with the new esic policy it is now 15000/-which is loss for both company and employee .Therefore i want to know what is the policy i would implement to save my company and employee from esic

If you have 20 & more employees drawing wages below 15000 or 15000rs according to Govt of India & Ministry of Labour ur office is covered under the said act.

Its a statutory obligation. U MUST register with ESIC. Further U can not compare the benefits of ESIC with any other mediclaims. For details please see my other posts related to it....
