Hi, I'm Meenu, I recently joined as an executive HR in an IT company and don't have much knowledge about ESI. We are deducting PF and ESI from employees, but the employees are not going for any treatment under ESI, and they don't want their ESIC to be deducted. Now my question is:

1. What are the benefits of ESIC?

ESIC Leave

2. Is there any ESIC leave also?

Opting Out of ESIC

3. Is there any way of opting out of ESIC if employees don't want to use ESIC benefits and don't want their ESIC deducted?

Please reply as it is very urgent!
