Is the company under ESIC cover for its workers? If ESIC is being paid by worker and company then nomination is necessary.

health insurance is wide coverage abbreviation, which covers medical insurance, accident insurance and more
ESIC is limited to average gross salary upto Rs 21000/- only and in ESIC nomination is mandatory
for other health insuance, please read their form carefully before signature
